Our products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy. You can choose to pay for your products in www.welacoffeeroaster.com by 2 payment methods.
Pay by direct bank transfer, which your order will be held for 24 hours.
If you are not making the payment during that time, your order will be deleted and you have to make the order again. Once your order is completed, you will receive a payment confirmation via email.
8. Return Policy
8.1 Return Policy for Coffee
We do not accept returns on coffee due to the perishable nature of coffee. However, we are willing to resolve problems as they arise.
If you have any issues with your coffee, or if there are errors in your order, please contact us via email@example.com or LINE ID : @welacoffee within 3 days of receiving your order. We will do our best to ensure that you are satisfied.
8.2 Return Policy for Merchandise (non-coffee items)
We would like you to be satisfied with your purchase. Within 7 days of receiving the merchandise (non-coffee items), you will be able to return the products you have purchased in their original condition without any damage or use and the packaging must be intact, and we will give you a refund on the products. However, the shipping costs will not be refunded. Shipping the products back to us and the cost will be your responsibility.
To return your item please contact us only via firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receiving the products by providing eligible evidence of purchase with your bank account.
Your product will be refunded to your given bank account within 30 days after we receive the returned product with return conditions.
9.1 Delivery for Coffee
We are guarantee that you will receive freshly-roasted coffee beans. Therefore, your coffee will be roasted and shipped within 7 days after your payment is completed. We use third party delivery company, such as Thailand Postal Service and Kerry Express, which you should receive your products within 2-3 working days after your products have been shipped. Please note that we are not responsible for the packages once it is transferred to the delivery company. Any shipping delays or lost packages are their responsibility but we will try our best to help resolve the problems.
9.2 Delivery for Merchandise (non-coffee items)
Your order for Merchandise (non-coffee items) will be shipped within 3 days after your payment is completed. We use third party delivery company, such as Thailand Postal Service and Kerry Express, which you should receive your products within 2-3 working days after your products are shipped. Please note that we are not responsible for the packages once it is transferred to the delivery company. Any shipping delays or lost packages are their responsibility but we will try our best to help resolve the problems.
