เราคัดสรรคุณภาพสารกาแฟ (Green Beans) จากเกษตรกรหรือผู้ขายที่เชื่อถือได้อยู่เสมอ สำหรับเมล็ดกาแฟไทยนั้นเราเลือกไร่กาแฟที่มีกระบวนการผลิตสารกาแฟที่มีคุณภาพทั้งแบบ Dry process และ Washed Process รวมทั้งเรามีการติดตามและทำงานร่วมกับเจ้าของไร่กาแฟอยู่เสมอ เพื่อให้แน่ใจว่าเราจะได้คุณภาพของสารกาแฟที่ดีที่สุด สำหรับเมล็ดกาแฟจากต่างประเทศนั้น คัดเฉพาะกาแฟพิเศษ (specialty coffee) จาก supplier ที่เชื่อถือได้และสามารถติดตามแหล่งที่มาของกาแฟตัวนั้นๆได้ ไม่ว่าจะเป็นพื้นที่เพาะปลูกกาแฟ ประเทศต้นกำเนิด ระยะความสูงจากระดับน้ำทะเล และสายพันธุ์ของกาแฟนั้นๆ อย่างไรก็ตาม เรายังคงชื่นชอบกาแฟไทยและใช้เป็นส่วนประกอบใน Blend ของเรา เพราะเรามีความต้องการที่จะพัฒนากาแฟไทยให้ดียิ่งขึ้นและทำให้แน่ใจได้ว่าชาวไร่จะได้รับผลตอบแทนที่คุ้มค่าจากการขายกาแฟ
Everytime we select our green beans, we do it with reliable farmers and distributors. For Thai coffee beans, we partner only with the coffee farm where they implement quality production for both dry and washed process. We work very closely with the owner of the coffee farms to ensure that we get only the best coffee. As for the coffee beans from overseas, we carefully select only specialty from trustworthy suppliers who whe know exactly the origin of their coffee, including farming area, country of origin, height above sea level and the species of that particular coffee. However, because we are such a big fan of Thai coffee and we still add them to our blend as we're commited to improving the quality of Thai coffee, in order to help local farmers gain more profit from selling their coffee.
